Ahmed Baladi
Ahmed Baladi is a partner in the Paris office of Gibson Dunn, Co-Chair of the firm’s Privacy, Cybersecurity and Data Innovation Practice Group and a member of its Artificial Intelligence and Technology Transactions Practice Groups.
He has developed renowned experience across a wide range of privacy and cyber security matters, and assists clients in navigating the intersection of privacy and other digital regulations such as the AI Act, the Data Act and the NIS 2 Directive. His practice also focuses on strategic counselling for the development and launch of data-driven products and services.
He regularly represents corporates and executives in investigations and procedures before data protection authorities and the courts.
