Godefroy de Boiscuillé
Godefroy de Boiscuillé is an Associate Professor of Law and researcher at GREDEG/CNRS, Université Côte d’Azur (Nice Sophia Antipolis). In 2026, he was appointed a member of the Institut Universitaire de France (IUF), where he holds a Fundamental Chair on “Competition, AI and Digital Sovereignty”.
He is also the Founding Director of the Chair in Competition and Digital Economics at Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas (Panthéon-Assas Foundation).
Alongside these activities, he serves as an external expert at the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA, Maastricht/Luxembourg), where he regularly provides expertise to EU institutions on matters relating to the internal market and EU digital law.
