Joey is a Digital Regulation partner at Deloitte and a leader in Deloitte’s global digital regulation offering. She works with some of the world’s best known technology and media companies to support them to comply effectively, sustainably and efficiently with the wave of global digital regulations. With legal and risk management specialisms, she advises across online content, AI, data, user protection and fair competition laws and regulation. She advises on specific regulatory requirements and readiness, strategy and governance, risk and compliance and works closely with trust and safety, compliance, legal and business stakeholders. She designs and operationalises compliance functions and capabilities to cope with regulations at scale, including designing compliance functions and governance models and putting in place the risk management required under such regulations to risk assess and mitigate risks on an ongoing basis.

Joey is an experienced TMT, IP, regulation and compliance lawyer with c.20 years experience in private practice as a litigator and law firm partner before joining Deloitte’s global digital regulation team. as a partner in Deloitte Legal in 2021 and from FY26 in SRTA.
