Dr. Rainer Hoffmann leads group-wide data and AI initiatives at EnBW, serving as the strategic link between the executive board and distributed teams. With a background spanning over a decade at EnBW, he previously headed Data & Analytics Excellence and led AI transformation projects. A recognized expert in responsible AI, he lectures at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and advises companies on data strategy. Rainer holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research and has studied at KIT Karlsruhe, additionally following lectures at MIT, UCLA, and the University of Toronto.
