Thibaut leads AmCham EU’s advocacy and public affairs strategy. He oversees an integrated team responsible for policy development, stakeholder engagement and communications. He shapes the external positioning of the Chamber on issues impacting the European economy and transatlantic relations. Since joining AmCham EU in 2014, he has held a wide range of public affairs and communications roles. Thibaut also sits on the Executive Committee of one of Belgium’s largest non-profit organisations committed to youth empowerment (voluntary position). He holds a Master’s degree in European politics from the Institut d’études européennes (IEE-ULB). He also studied at McGill University and the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB).
