Alexandre Roure serves as Head of Policy and Deputy Head of Office at the Brussels office of the Computer & Communications Industry Association.

Alex oversees CCIA Europe’s advocacy across a wide range of tech policy fields of relevance for tech companies, their partners, suppliers, and customers across the EU.

Prior to joining CCIA Europe in 2017, Roure worked at the Brussels office of BSA | The Software Alliance, where he focused on data protection, cybersecurity, surveillance, and data flows. He also worked at LVMH Moët Hennessy – Louis Vuitton and a leading EU consulting firm. He holds a LL.M. in EU and human rights law from the University of Essex (UK), and a French LL.B. from the Université du Sud-Toulon-Var.
