Andy joined Trust Alliance Group (TAG) in February 2023 as Business Unit Director and leads the Communications Ombudsman and Flexible Resolution Service businesses within the Group.

An accomplished executive director Andy has over 20 years’ experience as a Customer Service and Complaints Director in UK, EU and the USA, Andy working in a range of sectors such as Energy, Communications and Financial Services.

Over the past decade, Andy’s built consumer complaint handling and redress strategies that have led to multiple industry awards for provision of exceptional consumer outcomes and delivery of class-leading customer experience.
