Fernando Hortal Foronda is a Policy Officer at BEUC – The European Consumer Organisation. He holds a BSc degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics jointly awarded hby University Pompeu Fabra, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a MSc in European Studies by the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Fernando’s experience include roles in academic and European institutions, consultancy, and the NGO sector. At BEUC, Fernando is responsible for platform regulation.
