Matti Ruotsala

Matti Ruotsala is the Chairman of the Board of Caruna Networks Oy. Matti is also a member of the Board of Samvardhana Motherson International Limited (SAMIL), Independent Chair of Aurora Networks Oy and a member of the Board of Oy Halton Group Ltd.
He has served, among others, as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Operating Officer of Fortum Corporation, the Vice President of AGCO Corporation, Managing Director of Oy Valtra Ab, and Deputy to Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Konecranes Plc.
Matti has an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Aalto University.
